I used this service a few times. I liked meeting the sitter in advance who kept times w notes, sending me photos.  The co is organized but sadly had no service to North Haven last year. Holiday rates are for the week not just on the holiday itself. This service is reliable, sends photos and you don’t risk contact with other animals. A keypad is now required for entry. We have used Sarah's Petsitting for many years now. We have always been very happy with the care that they give our pets. They always give a full report at each visit including many photos. We always enjoy seeing the photos while away. We can see how happy they are. It is also nice how they check on our house too and bring in packages. I would like to give them a special shout out for the care that they gave our pets while we were away during a recent large snowstorm. We were concerned that they wouldn't be able to make it to our house because of the severity of the storm. they kept in touch and made sure that there was enough food and water for our fur babies in case they wee unable to make it back at the scheduled time. We didn't want them to endanger themselves and knew that they would be fine if they couldn't make it back. All went well and they reported back to us the next morning when the roads were cleared and they could make it back. They dug out a spot on the deck for our dog to get out and go the the bathroom and all was well. This is a great company and they truly love the pets that they are taiga care of.

So happy with the pet service provided - which was a nice walk, and giving food and water to my greyhound Khal. I really appreciated the pictures included to know that he went out and was a happy camper. Khal has never been boarded (and I don't think he would enjoy it), so it's really comforting that we can have someone come by for him. I think the pricing is fair and I love how easy it is to do everything online, I'll definitely be using you the next time we need help with him.
