This is the first step. Once you complete our contact form you’ll recieve an email to setup your account and our office team will reach out to answer any questions you may have.

Complete your profile

Now that you’ve spoken to our office you’ll begin completing your profile with all of your petsitting and home care information. This is a great time to download our app too!

New client meeting

When your profile is completed we’ll schedule your new client meeting. Your pet sitter will come out to your home to meet you and your pets and go over all of the information in your profile.

Schedule services

After you’ve met your sitter and decided that we’re a great fit for your pets you can schedule your services. It’s super easy to do on online and our office will reach out to go over everything.

Have a worry free trip

Now you’re all set and you’ll be able to see the status of your visits in real time. Your pet sitter will send a visit report with photos at each visit and you can communicate directly with them through the app or contact our office.

Service anytime

Now that you’re become a Sarahs’ Pet Sitting client you can request pet sitting, dog walking or dog training at anytime, 24/7/365.  Just log in online or via our app and make your request.
