Home Entry Policy
- We ask that all clients provide a primary and secondary entry at there home via a lockbox, coded entry, hidden key, or some other entry accessible at your home.
- It is the clients responsibility to keep all entry methods updated in the profile and tested before each use of service.
- We cannot collect any new keys, fobs or openers of any kind.
- If you are a long time client and already have keys on file in our office we can store them in our office as a third emergency back up or we can return them to a lockbox during a scheduled visit.
- Please be aware if we have your keys and you do not use our services for two full years your keys will be discarded.
- If you live in an apartment building that makes it IMPOSSIBLE to use on site entry AND we already have your keys on file in the office we can consider request for service made with two weeks notice for non peak times and at least 30 days notice for all peak times and holidays.
Here are the links to the lockboxes we regularly use and recommend. We suggest you place them at a side or back entry or some place out of sight from the street.
