Outside Guest & Pet Policy

Sarah’s Pet Sitting is flexible should the client wish to be home or to have other people or pets at their home during services.

SPS must be notified of ALL persons or businesses that have access to our clients home or property and may be present during pet sitting services. Unexpected guest will be asked to leave, the client will be notified, & the police will be notified if needed.

SPS must be notified if outside pets that do not regularly live in your home will be present during services. We will be happy to care for additional pets at no extra charge provided we are notified in advance. Additional pets must be added by the client to their online profile, with owner contact information, vet information, & detailed history & care info. The client assumes all responsibility & liability for outside pets.

ANYONE who is providing care for your pets while you are also being serviced by SPS must DETAIL all visits dates/times/care provided in the SPS notebook provided. This is to ensure that your pet is being cared for properly.

SPS can provide Visit type services if the client or other residents or trusted persons are in the home. We cannot provide Overnight Services if the client or ANYONE else is in/on your home or property. We will change your services to a visit schedule if this occurs and the client will be notified.
