SPS Owner/Manager Sarah MacDonald is a Certified Veterinary Technician. She graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2007 with a B.S. in Veterinary Technology. In 2007 she received a passing score on the Veterinary Technician National Exam. She went on to work and gain a 
great deal of experience as a Veterinary Technician at Mt. Lore Animal Hospital form 2008 – 2010. You may contact Mt. Lore and speak to them as a reference. 860-276-8553
Sarah trains all Professional Pet Sitters on her staff to be skilled in administering oral medication, insulin injections, & subcutaneous fluids. Physical therapy, Nail Trims, Ear Cleaning, & Eye drops or Ointment can also be administered by our staff. All SPS staff is also trained to keep exacting records 
for all pets with medical needs and take notice to all signs of illness and pain.
Oral Medication & Supplements: Free with all pet sitting visits & overnight
Insulin Injections: $10 per injection
Subcutaneous Fluids: $10 per administration
Physical Therapy: $5 per administration
Nail Trims: $5 per nail trim
Ear Cleaning; $5 per cleaning
Eye drops or Ointment: Free with all pet sitting visits & overnights
All medical service fees are additional to your regular pet sitting visits or overnight rate. Please keep in mind these are specialized services all administered or overseen closely by Owner/Manager Sarah MacDonald Certified Veterinary Technician. A muzzle may be required for all medical procedures for the comfort of your pet and safety of our sitters.
